• Standard Delivery – £3.99
  Delivered in approx. 2–3 working days via Royal Mail 48.
  Orders placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri, excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or over the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.
• Shipping Methods
  Small items are typically sent via Royal Mail 24 / First Class.
  Higher value items are sent using Tracked 48 or Special Delivery (fully tracked and insured).
• Next Working Day Delivery – from £7.95
  Available on orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
  Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm, where available.
  Please note: Remote Highlands & Islands may not qualify for next-day delivery.

Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’d like to return an item for a refund or exchange, please return it unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days of receipt.

How to return an item:

1. Include your invoice or a delivery note with your order details and reason for return.
2. Ensure the item is in new, unused condition with original packaging or tags.
3. Use suitable packaging to protect the item during transit.

Returns are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt (may take longer during weekends or Bank Holidays).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding delivery charges.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or we’ve made an error with your order:

• Please contact us first so we can arrange a prepaid return and resolve the issue quickly.
• For damage caused in transit, notify us within 24 hours so we can file a claim with the courier.
